Communication

Many ways lead to good communication

It is not always easy to stay informed in an interdisciplinary study programme. That’s why we have different communication channels for different things. For administrative questions and important matters there is the official mailing list. For all other matters concerning the degree programme and your own studies, the common Slack Workspace “DigiHumS” offers a cross-semester platform.

The Digital Humanities and Social Sciences programme operates a mailing list. The mailing list communicates information that could be of interest to all students, e.g. important changes in dates, absences from consultation hours, current lectures, information events and all other important topics concerning internal university administration.

The mailing list is automatically managed by the datacentre. Access can only be gained by enrolling in the course of studies.

A slack was set up for the course of study to communicate with each other:

You can join via the FSI DigiHumS and the course coordinators. There you can discuss, post and share everything concerning the course of studies. Here you will also find regular information about internships, current job offers and events at the FAU or in the region.
