Students have been able to enrol on the two-subject Bachelor’s degree programme for Digital Humanities and Social Sciences since winter semester 2016/17. The subject is taken in combination with another subject from the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology and leads to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.

The new Master’s degree programme in Digital Humanities started in winter semester 2019/20.

Both degree programmes have system accreditation.

We recommend that all students take the mathematics revision course before starting their studies.

During the eight-day revision course before the start of the semester, the mathematics material required in the first semesters is repeated in lectures, prepared and practiced in small working groups under supervision.

The Mathematics Repetitorium is a voluntary offer for all first-year students of the Faculty of Technology to refresh their mathematical knowledge before starting their studies.

For students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, special preliminary courses are offered.

In advance, a pretest in engineering mathematics can be used to test which mathematical skills are still available from school. The pre-test can easily be printed out and edited directly on the printouts. Have fun and good luck! Solution notes will be provided at the end of September as part of the mathematics revision course.

Starting July 15th of this year, the program of the Mathematics Repetitorium for the next winter semester will be published on this page. For general information on the topics covered, the program of last year’s event can be viewed here: Mathematics Repetitorium Program WS 2019/20

To participate in the Mathematics Repetitorium 2020, you must register online. You can do this from July 15, 2020.

To register via StudOn without IDM-identification you can go to here.

If you have already received your IDM-ID, please register first at StudOn and then go to the registration for the Mathematics Repetitorium.
